DESIGNING

A dedicated team of designers works together to discover the ongoing trends or creative activity in the market to develop textile solutions based on them. An intensive competition analysis is done along with deriving creative inspiration to create an original piece of work. The aim behind this research-based design practice is to improve and deliver designs on an international scale. Strategy is made around the designs based on the consumer leverage points and understanding of the market.

CHEESE WINDDING

When parallel packages are made, then it is called cheese or spool winding machine. Yarn winding cleans the yarn, thus improving its quality, which in turn improves the quality of the fabric made from the yarn. Global Textile makes sure and takes all measures for a good quality product.

TFO

Two-For-One (TFO) is a two-stage process where the yarns are doubled and then twisted. Global Textile has in-house a highly mechanized TFO machine. In the TFO process, two or more single yarns are twisted in order to enhance the properties of the end products such as strengthening the yarns. To improve yarn regularity and produce a stronger yarn. To produce trade yarns and fancy yarns. To modify yarn characteristics such as elongation, luster, crimp, hairiness, etc.

WARPING

Warping is the process of combining yarns from different cones together to form a sheet. The important point in the warping is to preserve the yarn elongation and maintain it at a uniform level. This is done to achieve better performance during weaving in terms of low-end breakage rate. Global Textile has a high-quality in-house warping unit.

DOBBY WEAVING

Dobby, or Dobbie, is a woven fabric produced on the dobby loom, characterized by small geometric patterns and extra texture in the cloth. The warp and weft threads may be the same color or different. Satin threads are particularly effective in this kind of weave as their texture will highlight the pattern. With a dobby loom, all 254 possibilities are available at any time. This vastly increases the number of cloth designs available to the weaver. Global Textile has a highly atomized high-end dobby.

JAQUARD

The advantages of the rapier loom are that they help us to manufacture very rapidly and also minimize the breakages to the warp yarn during the weaving operations. Rapiers being the most versatile machines in weaving technology, we can practically run any material, from the most delicate to 100% cotton to high-strength polyester or nylon.
The Jacquard machine is a device fitted to a loom that simplifies the process of manufacturing textiles with such complex patterns. The resulting ensemble of the loom and Jacquard machine is then called a Jacquard loom. Global Textile has its own unique expertise in Jacquard loom products.

SHEARING

The cutting of the raised nap of a pile of fabric to a uniform height enhances appearance. Shearing machines operate much like rotary lawnmowers, and the amount of shearing depends on the desired height of the nap or pile. Global Textile has its expertise in sheared products, and the ultimate soft and velvet finish of the product could be achieved.

STICHING CHECKING & PACKING

Stitching is the process whereby a fabric is fashioned into a finished product by means of different sewing techniques. Packaging textiles include all textile packing material for industrial, agricultural, and other goods. The checking method is the method of testing all that is used in making the garment. Global Textile is very strict and does not compromise when it comes to checking and giving the best product.
